Hello my name is Michael 63 years old and I'm looking for a month-to-month rental place starting in January mid-month. I'm very quiet person and very respectful with other people's property and their way of living. I don't smoke or drink and I prefer to share a room with somebody that doesn't have pets and doesn't smoke. The time period I'm looking to share a room is from around January 20th to July 14th. The thing is I don't have a car so I'd like to be close to transportation like the bus or train. If you have a room opening up or a small studio apartment please let me know. And also I'm looking the only pay at the most $600 a month with everything included.
