We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Lightning Protection Installer to join our team.
Starting Pay: $25.00 per hour
This is a hands-on construction position installing lightning protection systems on commercial and residential buildings throughout Texas and other locations as needed.
Job Requirements:
• Must be comfortable working at heights
• Must be physically capable of climbing and working on pitched/steep roofs
• Must be willing and able to travel for out-of-town projects
• Must be dependable and show up on time
• Must be able to work outdoors in Texas weather
• Must be comfortable using hand and power tools
• Construction, roofing, electrical, or lightning protection experience is a plus
• Must take jobsite and fall-protection safety seriously
Lightning protection experience is preferred but not required for the right person. We are willing to train someone who is dependable, mechanically inclined, comfortable on roofs, and willing to learn.
Pay starts at $25/hour with opportunity for advancement based on experience, performance and ability.
