Plains Builders, Inc. is seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our construction team. This position involves supporting skilled tradespeople, maintaining safe and clean worksites, and performing a variety of manual labor tasks to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
• Clean and maintain construction sites by removing debris, waste, and unused materials.
• Assist with erecting and dismantling scaffolding, ladders, and temporary structures.
• Support welders, carpenters, painters, and other skilled trades as needed.
• Load, unload, handle, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Operate power tools and construction equipment when required and properly trained.
• Perform general manual labor tasks, including setting up and moving temporary structures.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work effectively as part of a team.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in a construction environment.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and following directions.
• Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus, but not required.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
