We are seeking a motivated Entry to Mid-Level HVAC Technician to join our team full-time. In this role, you will work alongside experienced leads to perform maintenance, diagnostics, and installations of residential/commercial heating and cooling systems. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems (furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, ductwork).
• Perform routine seasonal maintenance and safety inspections for customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked company service vehicle and job site.
• Communicate professionally and clearly with homeowners or business clients regarding their system's status.
• Comply with all local safety codes, company standards, and EPA guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience: 0 to 3 years of hands-on HVAC experience or completion of a trade school program.
• Certifications: EPA Section 608 Certification (Type I/II or Universal) is highly preferred (or willing to obtain quickly).
• Driver’s License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for driving company vehicles).
• Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, punctuality, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
• Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces (crawl spaces/attics) as needed.
