EXPERIENCED POST-CONSTRUCTION CLEANERS NEEDED – ONGOING WORK – ATLANTA AREA
NeshaPeachy Cleaning LLC is seeking experienced, dependable cleaners with POST-CONSTRUCTION CLEANING EXPERIENCE for ongoing cleaning assignments throughout the Atlanta metro area.
POST-CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE IS HIGHLY PREFERRED.
We especially need cleaners who understand detailed final cleaning after construction or renovations, including:
* Fine construction and drywall dust removal
* Detailed top-to-bottom dusting
* Paint splatter and paint-speck removal
* Adhesive, sticker, tape, caulk, and construction-residue removal
* Window, glass, sill, and track detailing
* Cabinets and drawers, inside and out
* Baseboards, doors, frames, trim, fixtures, and hardware
* Wall spot cleaning/wiping when required
* Bathroom and kitchen detailing
* Proper cleaning of newly installed flooring
* Final-detail and punch-list cleaning
* Safe use of scrapers, specialty products, and cleaning chemicals on appropriate surfaces
Cleaners must understand how to identify different surfaces and use the proper products and techniques without damaging new finishes.
PAY: $50 & UP PER ASSIGNMENT
Pay depends on assignment size, scope, difficulty, experience, and responsibilities.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Professional cleaning experience
* Post-construction cleaning experience strongly preferred
* Reliable transportation
* Own professional cleaning supplies and equipment
* Knowledge of cleaning products and surface-safe techniques
* Dependable and punctual
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to follow a written scope
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good communication
* Ability to complete assignments without constant supervision
