An established Alpharetta-area law firm, conveniently located near GA 400, is seeking attorneys interested in working with the firm in various capacities.

You will have the opportunity to develop your own book of business and may also receive referrals of cases suitable for your experience level and areas of practice.

These positions may include the ability to work from home, but they will also require regularly scheduled in-office attendance. Office space, email, computer access, conference-room access, and other support will be provided.

This is an immediate opening for the right candidate.

Practice Areas

We are particularly interested in attorneys with experience or a strong interest in one or more of the following areas:

• Family Law and Divorce
• Wills, Trusts, Estates, Probate, and Estate Planning
• Residential and Commercial Real Estate
• Business Law and Contracts
• Entertainment and Sports Law
• Business and Personal Bankruptcy, including Debtor and Creditor Matters
• Business and Real Estate Litigation
• Other practice areas compatible with the firm’s existing book of business

Qualifications

To be considered, a candidate should meet all of the following qualifications:

• Be an attorney licensed and in good standing in Georgia.
• Have an interest in civil litigation and drafting pleadings.
• Possess excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Have experience or a demonstrated interest in at least one of the practice areas listed above.
• Be dependable, professional, organized, and able to communicate effectively with clients and members of the firm.
