WHAT YOU’LL DO
Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates for open jobs.
Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide responsive service.
Manage multiple job openings, priorities, goals, and deadlines.
Use job boards, recruiting systems, networking, referrals, and creative outreach to find talent.
Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and keep the process moving.
Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures.
Share leads, market insights, and recruiting best practices with the team.
