HANDYMAN SUBCONTRACTORS NEEDED – BETHLEHEM / ALLENTOWN / LEHIGH VALLEY

Interior Image MD is expanding our subcontractor network in the Bethlehem, Allentown, and greater Lehigh Valley area.

We are looking for dependable, experienced handyman and home repair subcontractors for residential service calls, repairs, installations, and small improvement projects.

WORK MAY INCLUDE:
  • Drywall repair and installation
  • Interior and exterior repairs
  • Carpentry and trim work
  • Doors and hardware
  • Flooring repairs and installation
  • Painting and patchwork
  • Deck and fence repairs
  • Basic plumbing fixture replacement
  • Demolition and cleanup
  • General handyman and property maintenance work
YOU SHOULD HAVE:
  • Your own reliable truck, van, or work vehicle
  • Your own basic tools
  • Experience with a variety of handyman and repair services
  • Reliable communication
  • Ability to purchase/pick up materials when required
  • Ability to take photos before, during, and after completed work
HOW OUR WORK OPPORTUNITIES WORK:

Available jobs are sent to subcontractors as work opportunities. You review the location, scope, and subcontractor payout before accepting the job.

All approved job materials are paid for by the company. When purchasing materials, send the total from the register and company funds will be provided. Receipts are required.

Once the job is completed, photos and completion information are submitted to the office. Subcontractor payments are typically issued the same day or the following business day.

ONBOARDING REQUIREMENTS:
  • Government-issued photo ID
  • Proof of current address
  • Completed W-9
  • Signed subcontractor agreement
