Pines Dinner Theatre, 315 S Cedar Crest Blvd in Allentown, is looking to fill a dishwasher/kitchen staff position. The current schedule for the theatre is Thursday afternoons, Friday and Saturday evenings, and Sunday afternoons. There are additional performances on some Friday and Saturday afternoons. This is a part-time position.
Position requirements - lift up to 100lbs, standing for longer periods of time, function in a warm/humid climate, handling sharp objects, understanding basic food safety requirements, and taking directions from food service managers/Chef. Also, the ability to arrive to work on time is a must as well as being able to work efficiently and effectively.
Primary responsibilities - operate dishwasher, pot and pan sinks, keep all food containers, silverware, and dish area clean and organized, assist with the flow of dinner service in the kitchen.
