Dryer is ELECTRIC hook up! Only about 2years old. Sadly our tenants matching washer went bad, so we just replaced the entire set for them as washer was on back order and we couldn't wait. Dryer however has absolutely no issues. And still quite honestly looks brand new condition inside and out. Was VERY well maintained by our tenants! Tenants were STILL USING THIS up until the new set got delivered (9/22/26). Since then it's been removed from property and placed inside my storage unit for safe storing until sold! Dryer has the "Extra Power" button for faster drying cycles, and hotter heat. It also has STEAM functions as well. This was at home depot on the showroom floor just a week ago STILL selling for $800! (I even screen shotted it from their website as PROOF of the value and attached it on the ad!). With that said, NO I won't take less than what it's listed for! I'm pretty much GIVING IT AWAY at $200!

DRIVEWAY DELIVERY is an option for an ADDITIONAL fee which will be based on your distance from my storage unit (In Algonac, MI). Otherwise pick up only! If you opt for the delivery option PLS NOTE, I do NOT bring it inside for you and me nor my equipment will be of no help for you!
