Caretaker/Maintenance Worker Seeking Onsite Bus Parking (denver)

Hello, my name is Randy. I’m seeking paid onsite work or a fair work-exchange arrangement that includes a safe place to park my self-contained converted school bus, preferably with access to electricity.
I can provide property watch/security, groundskeeping, cleanup, basic maintenance, light welding and hauling. I have my own tools, two small welders, a plasma cutter, a one-ton pickup and a single-axle trailer. I’m dependable, physically capable and willing to put my equipment to work.
I have several well-cared-for pets that remain contained in my bus, so I need to work on or near the property. I do not drink or use drugs. I smoke cigarettes outdoors.
Preferred areas: Stanley, Denver, Lincolnton, West Lincoln, Maiden, Newton and Catawba.
I’m looking for a legitimate, respectful arrangement with a property owner, farm, campground, workshop, storage yard or small business. Please reply through Craigslist with the location, type of work needed and proposed arrangement. Serious responses only.
