It is primarily a rollator type walker, but can be used as a chair or transport wheelchair. It folds to a smaller size for storage or for transport in a car. It is very adjustable - the handles can be moved up or down to accommodate different heights; the backrest moves from front to back to transform the rolling walker into a transport chair; the locking flip-up armrests and flip-down foot rest used in transport chair mode are easily stowed away for rollator mode. It has a storage pouch under the seat.
My pictures probably don't do it justice - you can find plenty online.
