Remaining work may include:
• Inspecting the existing waterproofing and preparation
• Completing the shower tile installation
• Installing and grouting bathroom floor tile
• Finishing edges, transitions, and silicone joints
• Installing the vanity and toilet
• Minor drywall preparation and painting
• Completing final bathroom details
Experienced tile setters only. You must understand proper waterproofing, tile layout, leveling, cutting, grouting, and finish work. Do not cover questionable work without bringing it to our attention first.
We are looking for honest, hardworking, fairly priced subcontractors who can also handle complete bathroom remodels and future remodeling projects.
You must have:
• Your own tools and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and dependable attendance
• Clean, professional workmanship
• The ability to start soon and finish efficiently
• Verifiable remodeling and tile experience
• Licensing and insurance preferred
