We're looking for a reliable, thoughtful person to provide ongoing household support for a family near Weaverville. We're also happy to hear from established household-support businesses or managed services!
The role involves helping with the everyday things that keep a home running smoothly, including dishes and kitchen resets, tidying common areas, folding and putting away laundry, and simple meal and snack preparation.
Schedule: Approximately 8 hours per week, ideally split into two four-hour visits on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Thursdays, sometime between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. There's some flexibility in the arrangement.
Location: Located in Alexander, about 12 minutes from downtown Weaverville and 25 minutes northwest of downtown Asheville. The household includes two school-aged children and a small dog.
Compensation: $25–30/hour for an individual, depending on experience and fit. Businesses and managed services are welcome to share their usual pricing.
