Wanted to put another post out since fall is the busiest time for exterior work, and a few of you reached out after my earlier ones.
With the leaves coming down, gutters are the big one right now. I clear out the leaves, dirt, and debris, bag it up and haul it away, and flush the downspouts so water actually drains the way it should. Clogged gutters tend to go unnoticed until water is spilling over the edge or ice builds up along the roofline, so it’s worth getting done before the first real storms or snow.
I also do window screens, both rescreening existing frames and building new ones if yours are bent, cracked, or missing. It’s thirty dollars per window with a three window minimum for a rescreening, and most jobs are done within an hour or so.
And I do pressure washing for driveways, sidewalks, patios, and siding. Pricing for gutters and pressure washing depends on the size of the house or area, so if you send me a photo or a rough idea of what you’re working with, I can get you a quote without needing to come out first.
If you want to bundle a couple of these into one visit, I’m happy to work out a better price.
