📍 Location: Albuquerque, NM & surrounding areas
🗓️ Position: Part-Time / Seasonal / Temp-to-Hire
💵 Compensation: Competitive pay for window-cleaning work plus commission-based earnings for generating sales and bringing in new customers.
🧽 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Residential and commercial window cleaning
* Interior and exterior window cleaning
* Proper use of professional window-cleaning equipment
* Identify opportunities to bring in new customers
* Promote our window cleaning, pressure washing, and trash bin sanitation services
* Help generate new residential and commercial accounts
* Provide outstanding customer service
* Represent our company professionally
💼 SALES EXPERIENCE PREFERRED!
We’re especially interested in someone who:
* Has previous professional window-cleaning experience
* Has experience in sales, customer acquisition, or door-to-door marketing
* Is confident approaching potential customers and businesses
* Has strong communication and people skills
* Is motivated by commission opportunities
* Takes initiative and doesn’t need constant supervision
* Is comfortable upselling services and generating repeat business

* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
* Detail-oriented and professional
* Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders
* Reliable transportation
