1. Bilora heavy-duty tripod suitable for the heaviest of equipment. This is a pre-war tripod ‚Made in Germany‘ before the partition of east and west Germany. 3-section legs have 2 position adjustments at head and adjust from 24-inches to 53-inches. Head has a 13-inch travel. Includes level bubble, locking mechanisms for swivel head and head height adjustment and 2 different pieces of hardware with different thread pitches for device mounting. An elegant and well-engineered piece of equipment in excellent working condition. I had been using it with an equatorial wedge for astronomy. $200
2. Star D tripod made in USA (Los Angeles) by the Davidson Manufacturing Company. 3 section legs open from 26-in to 59-in. Locking head swivels 360-degrees and locking tilt mechanism moves forward and back about 270-degrees. Legs are hollow aluminum and upper sections are powdered coated. Head has 1/4-20 threaded mounting bolt. $40
3. Manon Model 600, serial #1814510 made in Japan. 3-section legs extend from 26-in to 53-in; rubber tips for indoor use that can be retracted to expose metal points for outside use. Head extends 18-in. Swivel and tilt head with 1/4-20 threaded mounting bolt. Main mounting pad rotates from flat to 90-degrees. Second mounting pad also has 1/4-20 threaded bolt for using 2 devices at same time (camera and binocs, spotting scope and binocs, etc). $50
