I’m ’old school’ - I use flash cards (for younger students) and promote using phonics. I teach word recognition, comprehension, context, fluency, critical thinking, and encourage getting as much fun out of reading a book as is possible!
I teach anyone who would like help with reading. Kids and adults:)
