I see Fitness as a tool. As well as other things in my life. Like spirituality and past . Learning to love myself and to be genuinely me at all times. Im that nurd in high school. That arrogant jock. That looser without a date. The kid and teen picked on.
I thought of giving up bieng a teainer and becoming a janitor again. But I missed it. The passion is to there still to walk away.
I thought of saying all the normal things to get more clients . But I couldn't just sell my integrity .
Well enough of the personal info.
Im intested preferably these types of clients and goals.
Those that value intelligence in a trainer.
Those who want to loose weight.
Those who want to excell in sports.
Joggers
Those who with nagging pain.
Those who struggle with food temptations.
Those who see workouts as boring.
I work best with women or lgtbq.
Regardless of adult age or fitness ability

I offer above service and knowledge than 95 percent of abq trainers.
They preach . They don't actually implement what they know and add to it.
They just look fit.lol.
Or Those gyms with those expensive equipment. Its not actually needed. U can alter variable such as rest . Reps. Sets etc.

Im a vegan.
I still sprint .jog. plyometrics. Balance train. Core strength. Drills. Im 48. 150lb. I fit into xmall womens size.
I intermediate fasted to loose 38lb in 44 days
( 208 to 165)..
