Construction & Maintenance Workers | Albuquerque
We’re looking for dependable, hands-on workers with experience in construction, repairs, and general property maintenance.
SKILLS WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Drywall/sheetrock: Installation, patching, taping, texturing, and finishing.
Painting: Surface preparation, caulking, interior and exterior painting, and touch-ups. Basic carpentry: Trim, baseboards, doors, hardware, and minor repairs.
General maintenance: Troubleshooting and completing routine building repairs.
Property turnovers: Preparing vacant spaces for new tenants, completing punch lists, and jobsite cleanup.
IDEAL CANDIDATES CAN
• Safely operate common hand and power tools.
• Work independently and follow directions.
• Complete quality work with attention to detail.
• Communicate clearly and maintain a clean, organized work area. • Arrive reliably and manage assigned tasks.
