This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys a mix of computer work, production, problem-solving, and physical activity. No large-format printing experience is required—we will provide on-the-job training for the right person.
You’ll be part of the team responsible for ensuring every job is produced correctly, looks great, and reaches the right customer on time.
What You’ll Do:
* Operate large-format printers and finishing equipment after training.
* Review work orders to verify the correct file, size, material, and quantity before production.
* Perform basic computer and file-preparation tasks.
* Inspect printed graphics for quality, color, size, accuracy, and damage.
* Trim, roll, package, label, and organize completed graphics.
* Move rolls, boxes, and bags of graphics between departments and buildings.
* Help prepare completed jobs for shipping and delivery.
* Update job status in our production management system.
* Keep the print department and work areas clean, safe, and organized.
* Identify and report errors, shortages, or unclear job instructions before they become bigger problems.
* Help troubleshoot and solve the everyday challenges that come with a busy production environment.
What We’re Looking For:
* Dependable, punctual, and ready to work.
* Strong attention to detail and organization.
* Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
* Able to follow written instructions carefully and work independently after training.
* Willing to perform repetitive tasks accurately and consistently.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
* Fluent in English and able to communicate in Spanish at a basic conversational level.
* Able to stand for extended periods.
* Able to safely lift and carry up to **50 lbs**, including loading and unloading materials from a car or truck.
* Valid **New Mexico driver’s license**.
