This webcam has features to follow you when you move around, respond to hand gestures, and a bunch of other things I didn't end up using. Works great, I just have a complicated setup that made it weird (multiple machines on a KVM with different OSes). Used for a day or two on a Mac, does exactly what it claims to. Comes with everything that was in the box, which is the camera on monitor clip and the USB-C cable.

Honestly, the image is really solid, I just didn't like having to hassle with it on multiple machines.
