Duties
Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to menu specifications and manuals
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment to meet food safety standards
Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen tools efficiently to support daily operations
Assist with food handling and storage to ensure proper hygiene practices
Follow all safety protocols related to knife skills, food handling, and sanitation
Assist with catering events or special meal preparations as needed
Ensure timely delivery of prepared foods to service areas or dining areas
Help monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
