Our overnight operations are time-sensitive. Every package needs to be processed accurately and dispatched on time. We need people who show up ready to work, maintain a controlled sense of urgency, and help the team get the job done!

π₯ What You'll Do
π¦ Scan and sort packages accurately and efficiently.
πͺ Push empty and full mail containers (post office cages).
βοΈ Scan packages in and out of airplane containers (ULDs).
π Load and unload mail from carts, containers, and trailers.
β±οΈ Work with a controlled sense of urgency to meet strict morning dispatch deadlines.
π€ Support teammates and assist wherever needed.
π Adapt quickly to changing tasks, mail volumes, and operational priorities.
π‘οΈ Follow all safety procedures and operational requirements.
π― Help the team meet daily productivity, accuracy, and on-time performance goals.

βοΈ Must be able to work weekends β no exceptions
βοΈ Dependable attendance and punctuality
βοΈ Reliable transportation required
βοΈ Must have lived in the U.S. for at least 3 years
βοΈ Must pass a 3-year FBI background check and fingerprinting
βοΈ Must pass a drug screening
βοΈ Able to lift up to 75 lbs (most packages average 5β25 lbs)
βοΈ Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
βοΈ Able to work with a controlled sense of urgency
βοΈ Willing to shift tasks as needed to support the team
βοΈ Positive attitude and strong work ethic
βοΈ Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
