This pair of two bags is made from water resistant material. Fits ’93-later Touring models with hard bags. One of the liners has a small area of duct tape on the inside and out to protect it from rubbing. It does not affect the performance and is on the bottom which is not noticeable. The zippers work; carry handles are strong. There are no other tears, stains, spots, rips or odors.
