The first photo is what the indoor coil will look like installed. It's neither a standalone or "concealed" type, but rather it's meant to be connected straight to your ducting. You will only receive the center part, no ducting is included as this is always installed onsite. The next 2 photos are of the indoor unit. The photos after that are of the outdoor unit.
The indoor unit is still sealed but has been rained on (although it is inside of a bag). The outdoor unit was also rained on and the box has been opened. There is a small dent on the top of the outdoor case as shown in the photo. The covers are still installed on the refrigerant lines though, so it has not been contaminated. The manuals are included for both.
The indoor unit model is Hitachi PPIM-B24UFA1DQ
The outdoor unit model is Hitachi RAS-3.0PNNBDH1
An HVAC tech will also have to drill a hole in your house to install the refrigerant lines and power lines. You will need 220v power ran to the outdoor compressor typically from your main electrical panel. They may also need the outdoor coil/compressor unit to be installed on a concrete or brick base. The system would be connected to a thermostat, such as a Google Nest, in order to be controlled.
Please note: This is not typically a DIY install item even if you are experienced with A/C systems because you will want to have quality vacuum equipment to properly vacuum and charge it. It is possible though, that if you work with the right HVAC tech, you can do some of the simpler labor work of installing this system yourself and then they can just come and vacuum and charge the system.
Feel free to contact me if you are interested in this item for me to explain to you how it works and would be installed.
