A few thousand mostly full adult roaches. A big beardie could eat them. If you're serious about maintaining a colony, they need a bigger bin, probably two of them, with better heat and humidity control. I've just fed them carrots and occasional other vegetable matter. At 25 cents apiece or more at local pet stores, it's a huge deal. I promise!
