Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable, resourceful, and skilled General Construction Worker to join our team. This role is ideal for a versatile "jack-of-all-trades" who enjoys hands- on work, tackling a wide range of tasks on active job sites, and loves solving practical problems on a job site. This role is perfect for you. You do not need to be a master of any single trade—we value your broad baseline of hands-on skills, flexibility, and strong work ethic. Willingness to learn new skills is what matters most.
Key Responsibilities:
General Site Support: Assist with demolition, site cleanup, material handling, and maintaining organized work areas.
Basic Trade Work: Perform entry-level carpentry, framing, drywall repair, painting, and basic landscaping.
Facility Maintenance: Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues, assemble structures, and handle routine property repairs.
Tool Operation: Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools, including drills, saws, grinders, and ladders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Construction Safety Knowledge: Understanding of basic building practices and safe work procedures
Physical Capability: Ability to lift heavy materials, climb, bend and remain on your feet for extended periods.
Reliability & Work Ethic: Consistent punctuality, strong initiative, and problem-solving mindset.
Valid Driver’s License: Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Personal Tools: ownership of basic hand tools preferred but not required.
