The Niche is located at Fairview Memorial Park, 700 Yale Blvd SE. It is special because it sits indoors adjacent to the front office. We had purchased it for our mother to not have to be outside when visiting her son and husband. The niche sits at eye level once you place a chair in front of it. We chose that location for our mother.

It was used to place my father and brother after they had passed. We have since brought both of them, along with my mother, to Phoenix, Arizona, for their final resting place.

Since we do not have a connection to Albuquerque, we are just asking for our original purchase price. There are no extra hidden costs.

The Niche has dimensions of 11x11x11 and is currently vacant. I will assist with all required paperwork to ensure a seamless transfer. Please keep in mind I reside in Phoenix and will not be there in person. I have an executor there that will assist with the transfer.
