What You'll Do:
Prepare and serve specialty coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and café menu items with consistency and care.
Deliver warm, genuine customer service that makes every guest feel welcome.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked café.
Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
Support your teammates and contribute to a positive work environment.
Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
Shift Lead Responsibilities (in addition to the above):
Lead and motivate the team during your shift.
Help ensure excellent guest experiences and smooth daily operations.
Assist with opening and closing procedures.
Handle customer concerns professionally and confidently.
Coach and support team members while setting a positive example.
Help maintain quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
What We're Looking For:
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Weekend and holiday availability is a must,
Previous café, coffee, restaurant, or customer service experience is a plus,
