We are looking for dependable as-needed laborers to assist with projects throughout New Mexico. We have work starting Monday, with additional opportunities available for the right people.
Work can be fairly consistent, although the schedule may fluctuate depending on current projects. There will occasionally be slower periods, so this is best suited for someone comfortable with an as-needed/project-based schedule.
Requirements:
Reliable transportation - work is performed throughout New Mexico and you must be able to get to assigned job locations
Dependable and able to show up when scheduled
Comfortable working on ladders and at height
Comfortable entering and working in crawlspaces
Comfortable working in attics and other confined or difficult-access areas
Comfortable handling and working around insulation
Able to perform physical labor, use basic hand tools, and follow instructions
Willing to work in dirty, dusty, hot, cold, and otherwise uncomfortable environments when the job requires it
Safety-conscious and able to follow jobsite procedures
Professional and respectful when working at customers' homes and businesses
All required PPE, tools, and job-specific equipment are provided.
Experience in construction, insulation, remediation, demolition, general labor, maintenance, or similar work is helpful but not necessarily required for someone dependable and willing to learn.
Compensation is competitive/well above typical general labor rates for qualified and dependable workers and will depend on experience, capabilities, and the work being performed.
This is as-needed work, not a guaranteed 40-hour-per-week position. However, there can be fairly consistent work available for people who prove dependable, capable, and willing to travel.
