I have 125 intact Manises Cuero pinkish browne tiles, that is the high stack in the second picture, Also have about the same either with with broken corners or previously cut stack which can be seen in the third picture. Finally, I have a big pile of broken decent pieces shown in picture 4.
You can see in picture 5 & 6 how tile looked before removal. In the last picture, you see how much is Home Depot is selling this kind of tile per square foot.

Each intact tile is a perfect square measuring 13 1/8” x 13 1/8”. That intact pile should cover an approximate area of 150 sf. The previously-cut or broken-corners stack should cover around 120 sf.
I did not calculate the broken pile area.

Prices: take everything (intact, previously-cut, broken corners and the broken pile) for $260 obo.
