This is typically used for a pool winter cover that has metal holes in it approximately 4 feet apart. You are purchasing a new Cable 100 foot long and 3 winches 100CW Heavy-Duty for securing a cover once you feed through each hole around your above ground swimming pool or other appropriate tarp.
