Wood is seasoned for two years in a wind tunnel 1 mile by half a mile field with 200 cord rows 18ft tall and 40ft between rows. Wood diameter is generally 4" to 8" with maple slightly larger. Depending on volume of orders delivery within three weeks, usually it's within a week. Delivery truck is a straight truck with a loader mounted on the rear of truck. This is not a semi with a trailer. Wood can usually be unloaded where customer desires. Fourth and fifth generation logging business with extensive firewood delivery experience in prior years.
