2 local landlords who have been student friendly landlords for over 20 years have many apartments available for June 1. We have a few available right now. All of them are either on Myrtle Ave, Park Ave, or Washington Ave, and all of them are very close to the College of Saint Rose. This is where SUNY Albany students love to live.
We have apartments ranging from 1-BR all the way up to 7-BR, available starting June 1st near the downtown SUNY campus. We even have a few immediate vacancies. The rents are slightly above $500 per tenant, and a little more for a 1-BR. 2-BR, or a 1-family home. Utilities are not included. All of our apartments are within walking distance to the downtown SUNYA campus. Most have laundry service in the building at no additional charge. We are student friendly landlords from the neighborhood who has been renting quality apartments for over 2 decades.
