Very large apartment in Lark Street area. Lark and Madison area. Great apartment for roommates. Open layout. INCLUDES HEAT!!! Very good natural light as building is detached with windows all around, not just at the front and back of the building. Walking distance to Washington Park, Price Chopper, laundrymat, and all the clubs and eateries on Lark street. Very good onstreet parking in this area due to its proximity to Price Chopper, which cuts down on the demand for parking. If Price Chopper had not been built here, the land would have been developed as apartments instead and there would be greater demand for on street parking, as is the case everywhere else in the Lark Street area. One year lease. Total income ratio to rent needs to be above 3.5 x rent. Can move in a couple of days before the 1st to make move easier (no charge). No smoking inside. Can smoke on back enclosed porch. Cats ok. No dogs.
