Great apt! We've redone a space in a century old bldg. It's cozy while having all the necessities to a great simple space.
It has newly redone hardwood floors, just installed new ceramic tile in kitch/bath. (looks and feels nice) The space has a living room, kitchenette w table space for dining, bathroom & bedroom. The closets are fairly deep, it has french windows w old school character.
The place has all one needs for a good, clean, quiet space.
We have an application, there are no dogs accepted, and its available first come in process until is rented. We set viewing request appts by ID and may have open houses on Saturdays while no applications are in on it.
