Our small business based in Portage Lakes is looking to hire someone local to join us immediately. Pay is hourly and paid in cash each day when you work. 15 hours per week, 3 days per week. We're hiring for the holidays, but you are welcomed and encouraged to stay with us long-term.
We need someone who works well with their hands and can work quickly packing our products, wrapping packages and helping with shipping them to customers, in addition to other office-type jobs.
This is not a large operation, is not factory work, and most work can be done while you are seated so that you're not expected to be on your feet all day.
Pay is based on productivity (pieces produced per hour) with the first $10 an hour guaranteed and incentives paid based on your speed of work. Our average employee makes $13 to $15 per hour after they learn the processes. More per hour is definitely possible as you learn and increase your productivity. This is paid each day in cash.
Applicants should have a clean background. Drug use is not tolerated. You must have reliable transportation to/from work as we're not on a bus line. Current work days are Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from late morning to early afternoon.
