Job description:
Work Monday, Tuesday and possibly Wednesday nights. 4pm start until dark, sometimes later if there is inside work.
Responsibilities:
Perform lawn mowing, string trimming, edging, and property clean-up (we primarily maintain small city lots using self-propelled mowers)
Ensure all work is completed efficiently and meets quality standards
Complete property clean-outs, debris removal, and hauling tasks
Assist with minor home repairs and general handyman work
Perform light demolition (demo) and site preparation projects
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
Ability to operate mowers, string trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment
Comfortable performing physical labor in various weather conditions
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
