Overview
We're looking for an Analyst, Benefits Advisory to join our team. In this role, you'll help evaluate employee benefits solutions that are competitive, cost-effective, and compliant with relevant requirements. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to gather information, analyze data, and provide insights that support informed decisions.

How you'll make an impact
- Request, organize, and analyze client data.
- Serve as a key analytical contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Research benefits-related topics and summarize findings for account management teams.
- Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for both internal and client use.
- Maintain and update important client and team documents.
- Review data for accuracy and identify trends, opportunities, and potential concerns.
- Support the evaluation of benefits programs and solutions for clients and prospects.
- Document data sources, methodologies, and assumptions so others can easily understand your work.
- Help create a collaborative team environment built on integrity, respect, service, and accountability.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines.

About You
Required:
- Bachelors degree
- Understanding of the key challenges in employee benefit plans and current health care trends
- Excellent client relationship-building and presentation skills.
- Preference of 1-2 years of analytic experience
Preferred:
- 5 years related experience
- 2-3 years brokerage/agency experience preferred.
