Role Description:
The AI Implementation Strategist is a remote contract role responsible for designing and executing AI-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency for clients. In this role, the strategist will assess existing workflows, identify opportunities for automation, and recommend appropriate AI tools and platforms. Daily tasks include mapping processes, gathering requirements from clients, developing implementation roadmaps, and coordinating with virtual assistants and internal stakeholders to deploy and refine AI systems. The strategist will create clear documentation, provide training and guidance on AI usage, and monitor performance metrics to optimize outcomes. This role also involves staying current with AI trends and best practices to continuously enhance The VA Group’s service offerings.
RATE: $10 per hour, US Timezone
Responsibilities
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through clear, proactive, and empathetic communication.
✅ Conduct client consultations to understand business processes, challenges, goals, and operational requirements.
✅ Identify opportunities where AI can improve productivity, efficiency, and workflow management.
✅ Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar platforms to develop practical business solutions.
✅ Create, test, and refine AI prompts, instructions, and workflows based on client requirements.
✅ Translate client needs into structured, logic-based workflows and process solutions.
✅ Review existing processes and identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
✅ Develop workflow recommendations, process documentation, SOPs, and Logic Blueprints when needed.
✅ Monitor AI performance and use client feedback to continuously improve solutions.
✅ Explain AI capabilities, workflows, and recommendations in clear, business-friendly language.
✅ Conduct client training, walkthroughs, and demonstrations to support AI adoption.
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements and AI solutions are properly aligned.
✅ Support client satisfaction, adoption, and long-term success with MAVIS.
Requirements
✅ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
✅ Strong active listening, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
✅ Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar LLM platforms.
✅ Understanding of basic prompt engineering and effective AI instruction.
✅ Professional experience in Training, Operations, Process Improvement, Operations Analysis, or a related field.
✅ Experience as a Trainer, Operations professional, or Process Improvement Analyst is highly preferred.
✅ Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
✅ Ability to analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement.
✅ Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, actionable explanations.
✅ Comfortable working with workflows, SOPs, decision trees, and if-this-then-that logic.
✅ Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
✅ Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle feedback professionally and turn it into actionable improvements.
✅ Comfortable learning new AI tools, technologies, and systems.
✅ No backend development or advanced programming experience is required.
