I am looking for an ADU or similar in a quiet neighborhood. I am a 38 year old male with full time employment. 50% working from home and 50% in the office. I am single, tidy, do not smoke or drink. I am out of the house most evenings with activities and clubs etc...that I am involved in. I am courteous and will not be a bother. I am fine with minimal amenities if the price is such and the neighborhood is nice. I do not want to live in a busy apartment complex or have any kind of room share situation.
My budget is $1,600-$2,200 depending on the details. I am looking for November 1st or later.
