Looking to find my first time on my own rental. I'd prefer something small and solo but wouldn't mind sharing a space either really. This would be my first time living on my own, but I have never had any issues with bills or money. I don't have any cats or dogs, and I don't think I would in the future either. I promise I wouldn't be an issue and respectful to a rental.
