Key Work Scope:
-Securing & Winterization: Lock changes, board-ups, system drain-downs, and basic hazard mitigation.
-Property Services: Trash outs, yard maintenance, janitorial servicing, and minor repairs.
-Documentation: Clear photo logging, bid submissions, and timely status updates.
Requirements:
-Hands-on Property Preservation / REO experience.
-Active setup: truck/trailer, full tool set, and reliable crew (or efficient solo operation).
-Familiarity with PPW (Property Preservation Wizard) is a major plus.
-Strong communication, detail-focused photo work, and strict adherence to completion dates.
Payment & Logistics:
-Same-day Zelle payments for work orders under $500 upon completion and photo approval.
-Fast Net-3 payment terms (ACH, Zelle, electronic invoice) for larger jobs.
