Position: Manufacturing Associate

Essential Tasks and Activities include but not limited to the following:
• Rotate throughout the different workstations and develop competencies within the following processes:
CNC turret: Laser, press brake; welding (TIG/MIG/Spot); deburring; sanding and grinding; hardware insertion; bead blasting; assembly and/or packaging and shipping.
• Log In/Out of MIE Track with bar code readers to record labor time and conduct in-process inspection.
• Read work orders and receive oral instructions in English to determine work assignments or material needs.
• Inspect materials and products for defects. Ensure conformance to specifications.
• Manage the inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
• Rotate materials and products from machines and equipment, and package them on skids or in boxes, using hand tools and moving devices.
• Identify and mark materials, products, and samples, following instructions.
• Weigh or measure materials or products to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Fasten, package, or stack materials and products, using hand tools and fastening equipment.
• Record production and operational data, such as number of parts and time processed.
• Monitor quality of parts and report quality problems to your supervisor.
• Assist machine operators as necessary.
• Deliver and pick up parts or components in the local area when necessary, with the Company Carry All truck.
• Driver’s License and acceptable driving record is required along with maintaining an acceptable driving record during your tenure.
• Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, and Management in English.
• Establishing and maintaining interpersonal relations.
• Additional duties may be assigned by management.
• High school or equivalent (Required).
• Work authorization: United States (Required).
• Background and drug testing performed.

Employee is required to manage material sheet sized up to 5’ x 10’ (with another employee).
Employee may be asked to lift and handle parts up to 100 lbs.
Twisting, bending, lifting, stretching, standing, and reaching.
