Same Day Water Heaters is expanding our Dallas-Fort Worth operations, and we're looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Dispatcher to join our team.
In this role, you'll serve as the communication hub between customers, our call center, technicians, and subcontractors. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and can keep multiple priorities organized, we'd love to meet you.
πΌ Responsibilities
Dispatch and coordinate service installation orders
Communicate with technicians, subcontractors, and field teams
Schedule and prioritize jobs based on urgency, location, and technician availability
Assist customers and resolve service-related inquiries
Manage escalated customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Maintain accurate records, job logs, and dispatch notes
Support daily operations while handling multiple tasks and changing priorities
β Qualifications
Available to work a Saturday-Wednesday schedule from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Sundays are 7am-3pm)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to stay calm and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer and data entry proficiency
Flexible and willing to work varying shifts as business needs require
Ability to work overtime when necessary
Previous dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or call center experience is a plus
