Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Delivery Driver who can safely deliver, set up, and pick up rental equipment for events such as weddings, corporate functions, festivals, and private parties.
Must have box truck driving experience. We will train how to deliver the rental items.
Key Responsibilities
• Safely operate a box truck to deliver and pick up rental equipment
• Load and unload trucks properly, ensuring all items are secured and protected
• Deliver, set up, and break down event equipment including: Tents, tables, chairs, linens, dance floors, staging, glassware, and catering items
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and complete all required delivery paperwork
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, warehouse staff, event coordinators, and customers
• Inspect equipment for damage or shortages and report issues promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks, warehouse areas, and job sites
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications and Requirements
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Previous experience driving box trucks (required)
• Ability to safely lift and move heavy equipment (50+ lbs)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work weekends, nights, early mornings, and overtime as needed
• Dependable, punctual, and professional appearance
Plus Skills and Abilities
• Event rental, moving, logistics, or warehouse experience a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
Work Schedule
• Full-time position
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and peak seasons
