Missing the first record. Jimmy Buffett’s classic double live album, titled "You Had to Be There".
About the Album
• Release: It was released in October 1978 under the ABC Records label (and later reissued by MCA Records).
• Recording Locations: The tracks were compiled from a series of lively performances in August 1978 at the Fabulous Fox Theatre in Atlanta, Georgia, and the Maurice Gusman Cultural Center in Miami, Florida.
• Significance: This was Buffett's very first live album. It captures him and the Coral Reefer Band at the peak of their 1970s country-rock era. It features massive staples like "Margaritaville", "Come Monday", and "A Pirate Looks at Forty". Interestingly, Buffett performed these specific shows while wearing a leg cast due to a broken leg.
