Has a “non-repairable” status
It’s in decent shape and all appliances work as far as I know. All four tires have been holding air and look to be in alright shape.
Has a slide out, couch with cushions, dining table/bed combo, bathroom. All it needs is a mattress for the main bed which also has its own door going straight outside.
Take it to your property as a guest house, part it out, turn it into a u-built trailer. Lots of options, I just don’t have space for it and need to get it sold.
