I am seeking a room to rental, within the maximum budget of $1000 a month, in the Westchester area. My current lease is coming to a close, and I am looking for to relocate July 1st. A rental for at least the rest of the year is what I am pursuing, and a longer stay preferred if permitted.
I am 26 years old and currently working in education in Westchester. I am clean, organized, and largely keep to myself. I do not expect having frequent visitors, or anything of the nature.
